He says there’s some small water damaged wood underneath the tub.

Putting yourself out there as far as applying for job you qualify for and don’t because the job I’m going into has nothing to do with Air Force Logistics but to them I knew enough that in that field that made them feel like I could adapt.

It would have to be a great enough deal that you would forgo rent in that unit for 3-4 months, and probably absorb full damages, and deal with that headache.

And if so, do they have to have documentation on the supposed damages they took out of the deposit?

She loved making demands, bossing the handymen around, and having absolutely no accountability/responsibility for any damage she caused. 

It has a fenced yard but the driveway portion is not fenced and the hardwood is original so worried about how pet friendly the unit will be and the damage associated with allowing pets.

Thats much better than no rent , eviction court and 3 grand worth of damage and 1 month of repairs and another month to rerent . 

The house did not have central air, I wish I put in a new HVAC unit to bring AC into the house as I believe the sales price would of been higher.

It’s for people whose credit is damaged and they need time to re-build it.  

I am blessed to have a great group of people around me- my current housekeeper and an another neighbor who can do showings, maintenance, delivery of air filters, etc.
