I have two different rentals near RR tracks - the trains aren't fast moving, as they are generally freight trains, but they do go by, and I have never had a single complaint about either one and both properties rent fast.

If the broker was representing you, he or she must meet a higher standard - that of a fiduciary.I would consider threatening the broker with going to the real estate commission to file a complaint to  make you whole.

(i.e. needing space & to lay out rules re: city ordinances about parking, as well... our kiddos have already learned some things from us being in REI even about how these sorts of things can become issues w/tenants # of vehicles and dealing with city sending letters about complaints) I realize that my questions might be far off from the original topic of this thread, but I hope somewhat related as they are college-age-related REI and re: house-hacking.

I just started a post card campaign, and am mostly getting people calling asking to removed from my mailing list... Is this normal, or is it possible I used the wrong type of mail peice for my campaign?
