I'm going to guess that Indiana imposes all the same requirements on foreign entities operating in the state, as they do on entities created in the state.

Allows you to create an LLC and operate like a business, which I like.

It has also created banks that are too big to fail and consolidated some of the banks which has resulted in the elimination of some community and smaller banks.

I recommend two things: (1) read the lease to make sure there is not a clause the prevents assignment and (2) create an assignment of lease document and have the tenant and the owner sign it.
