I can't even count the number of times agents have pushed a buyer who they are representing to purchase house A rather than house B because their commission would be higher.

Typically 10-20% of the total cost, others will only pay 65% of the purchase price, which really doesn't help.Let us know how you do, but I wouldn't count on getting 100% of purchase + repairs and all of your costs.
