@Jay Thomas there are actually quite a few local banks that like construction/bridge debt.

We are looking for a good company for our NGBS Green Certification company for our 3 story walk-up new construction apartments.Does anyone have a great company that they like?  

But if you looked at the 'allowable uses' for the SFR zone and it says that a guest house may be constructed then your parcel is in conformance with the zoning.

Problem is, my primary is new construction (1yr old) and comps on the refi all used other new construction homes.

At this point, it's been 3 months since all approvals were finalized (although its been 11 months since general construction was approved), but we are only 75% complete.

I am interested to learn more about what kind of tax credits or incentives are available for new construction in downtown settings of smaller towns.
