Some places just throw your sign away, some don't enforce at all, so you need to know your area.I'm with some of the other comments, though.

@James Wise @Mark Gallagher I got a good chuckle from the comment by James.However, you can get good deals on Craigslist.....including contractors if you can find them and work it out.It may be worth the time and work invested in the long run once you weed them out and find good ones that will stick with you.

I've been posting the Realtors Confidence Index as they are released.The results are state driven rather than metro area, so it's interesting to see how comments on Austin and Atlanta differ from the confidence in the states as a whole.I don't know enough about SLC, but it seems strong and growing.  

This unit in a lower end where people don't usually have extra money for large outlays.Any other comments would be appreciated on the how to's of this would be appreciated.Much thanks.

Ned I was reading some older comments on another thread about the overage program and how people views  this as taking advantage of the vulnerable, all your points well taken.
