Hi @Hector Estrada-In my opinion, generally, small commercial multifamily (5+ units) are a potential sweet spot for value.

Read the same article and saw how small the amounts were for people renting out some spare attic space or a parking spot ($20/$100 per month) which is chump change.

We are also looking into going the Airbnb route for vacation destination spots around the country, but I can make that a separate post if need be.Does anyone in the community have good experience/suggestions for areas with companies looking for housing solutions?

I have never been so spot on with my rehab projections as I have with this one.

You want to maximize profits & minimize cost so the sweet spot is the upper left of the graph.

I use a Bissell Spot Bot to hands free deep stains in carpets while I'm scrubbing something the kitchen.

And in part I don't even judge them because some of those houses are falling apart and the landlord is not doing anything to provide a safe house for them either, But I know I try to do everything I can to make sure that my tenants are comfy.
