I don't know what all colors are available.  

We are able to get different color for each bed size, and haven't had any issues with staining or wrinkling so long as we put them right on the bed when the dryer cycle is done.

They also have many rules that will typically frustrate landlords - like minimum lease term to tenants, the color of the unit, etc, etc, etc.  

The vent on your hot water heater doesn't rise, trapping co gas in the duct instead of leaving out the chimney, Has no drip pan, no expansion tank, yet the heater is almost brand new.

There is one bank I avoid - green color for their theme, headquarters in Canada; that bank has found more ways to mess these up than I would have imagined.

Especially if the existing paint and colors look dated, dirty, ugly, new paint can work wonders and can completely transform the vibe of a property.
