With respect to cleaning crews- I suspect the analysis would involve the number of actual stays per year, the average time per cleaning and number of people in the crew to get an appropriate number of hours dedicated to my unit.

I found much greater success cultivating relationships with my local brokers/agents and consistently reviewing material online.

So, if you already have a trusted network of property managers, insurance agents, etc. then ok, I can get behind it.  

This is potentially a win-win the seller gets a little cash and you get a property with clean title at a reduced cost.
