Not to mention the old housing stock .. depending on how the inspector is this could cause landlords lots of dough annually..

Hi Tajinder,You are correct that there is a lot of competition, however it also depends what you are looking for and your budget.

I have plenty of entitlement left on my VA loan for a second house, but don't wish to relocate and haven't grown my family since I bought the first house (I'm single, no dependents).

Their performance for us varies depending on the property however.
