Supply is limited for sure. 800 sales in September vs 400 last September. 774 in October vs 429 last year.

Expensive things to look out for: foundation issues, termites, plumbing supply and drain to the street, outdated electric panel (60 amp fuses) and shake shingle roof in bad condition.

I worked in such industries as hotels, pharmaceutical and biotech, then most recently building supply.

Show I am capable of paying off large payments at a time (simotaineously collecting CC perks), by putting large bills that my parents have on the card and having them give me cash to pay if off.

The rental market is strong with not enough supply.

Any recommendations for a trust worthy general contractor that is capable of providing a high quality product would be greatly appreciated.
