I have been that 1) the payments should go to the "Name of entity" listed in Line 1, regardless of business/ LLC name you put in line 2 and that 2) since a single member LLC is a disregarded entity, use your personal name with your SSN.

I've heard a lot about working with local banks.Does my strategy make sense?

Does it make sense to invest in say a 350k property that will cost me 200-300 a month to operate even after I move out if its in a good neighborhood? 

Many investors from California, are choosing to invest in the midwest because of the yearly returns making more sense in these lower priced markets.

Our portfolio is geographically spread so hiring pros in a specific area doesn't make sense for us. 

Some of the numbers doesnt make sense as a deal. 

I want to make my business recession proof now.
