Govans is not great area for one.It is close to Towson but it does not mean anything, it is also close to Tunbridge which is a pretty crowded area right around at night, there is some " trade" going on there and pretty much everybody knows it :D)))your cash flow is not a cash flow actually, it is money left for you until some kind of a repairs comes up, you need to consider that as well.You will always have  vacancy there unless house is really nice inside, even with that you might still have it. ( I dont know exact block) this is pretty educated guess.I would suggest connecting one of the investor / realtor here in BP.They can point you to right direction in Baltimore.

You would then need to link the calendars so that if a 1 bedroom listing gets booked, the 2 bedroom listing would automatically get blocked for those dates.

@Kenia Crevoisier With a crawl space, I Highly doubt the structure is CBS (concrete block with stucco) as these are almost always on a concrete slab foundation.  

They will make the offer based on "What can I buy the 12 unit building 4 blocks away for and how much $$$ will it put in my pocket?"  

Then again, I don't understand why people pay money for sliced cheese when a block of Tillamook medium cheddar is so much better.
