Fortunately my dad had photos and was able to show that it actually was added in the 1950's and permits were not required for block construction patios back then.

Govans is not great area for one.It is close to Towson but it does not mean anything, it is also close to Tunbridge which is a pretty crowded area right around at night, there is some " trade" going on there and pretty much everybody knows it :D)))your cash flow is not a cash flow actually, it is money left for you until some kind of a repairs comes up, you need to consider that as well.You will always have  vacancy there unless house is really nice inside, even with that you might still have it. ( I dont know exact block) this is pretty educated guess.I would suggest connecting one of the investor / realtor here in BP.They can point you to right direction in Baltimore.

You would then need to link the calendars so that if a 1 bedroom listing gets booked, the 2 bedroom listing would automatically get blocked for those dates.

@Kenia Crevoisier With a crawl space, I Highly doubt the structure is CBS (concrete block with stucco) as these are almost always on a concrete slab foundation.
