I'm not sure on that though, since she's a business customer vs a normal "general public" customer.If it does fall under ADA, ESAs (ie, for "anxiety") wouldn't qualify.so if I understand you correctly you’re saying that even if she’s playing the ADA card, then Emotional Support Animal wouldn’t fit the bill?
