When I use the Case-Schilling Index it leads me to believe that some markets like Phoenix and Las Vegas are near where the prices should be, therefore we should not expect to see a major price reductions in these areas.

I have read in the forums that equity not being leveraged is a waste, but are also those that believe in buying and paying off one property at a time.

There is a big difference between a homeowner who, for whatever reason, is behind on their mortgage payments, and an investor who overleveraged (knowingly and admittingly) on multiple properties and now wants the easy way ot/bail out.I do not intend to have a back and forth with you here, but I believe you are clearly misunderstanding this situation.

Hi Jon again thanks for you input and help, the lease does say that a 30 day notice must be given and it does convert to a month-to-month after the lease term is up which also requires a 30 day notice.. but my concern is the PM not the tenants the tenants aren't at fault (from what I believe) other than paying for the extra days for this month.
