If we take the minimum for credit, it will be $100 instead of $2,000 or less.We have stock portfolio that we don't want to touch for the rehab around $200,000 that is liquid upon selling. 

There is a LOT that needs to be fixed/adjusted as things have not been correct for a while.

Being an agent will take a year or so to get off the ground so be prepared if you go that route.

On a $3,000 a month rent the one day award would be $100. 

2 of the units currently being rented out and we have it for 399,000 which is well below market value IMO.

A 4/3 could potentially rent for $3,500 - 4,000/room/semester.Clearly some other factors to consider, but it would be great to hear any insight from folks who may have done this in the past.

Also we have to allow the deposit to be made in upto 3 months of payments.
