I’d like something in Prince George’s County and I come across alot of properties via the home apps BUT how do I know when I’m looking at a good deal?

I wonder do you have any recommendations about how to get timely message from your tenants or any apps to manage this are much better, any options?

One of the features I like about Quora is that they give you a stats page which shows how often your posts have been viewed by other users.I think this would be especially helpful in the Marketplace to see how many users are seeing your posts:I don't post in the marketplace because I don't know if anyone see's it 🤷♂️

I am leaning toward the "Delete" feature for everything but Bigger Pockets and one other site.

To determine the ARV, check out the competition by looking at the comparable homes nearby which are similar in size, features, or upgrades.
