Your point makes sense bc they seem to be running extra conservative on this heloc app.

The meetup app is another great one to find local REIAs. 

His title company is awesome - they even have their own app (Title Leap) where you can track all your deals, important deadlines, and see all the communication (to and from the title company).

Others are welcome to be 2nd in line, or first, if the party who made the deposit is not approved and I therefore refund their deposit.If this 1st party submits the App and you approve it, I'd then follow my normal practice which is that the 1st month's rent and the deposit come to me by cashier's check.
