Since all of the third party sites and apps get their data from the MLS (yes even zillow), your best source of information is from your realtors MLS account.

I was called by the seller's broker today to discuss some other open items and at the end of the conversation she brought up that the sellers would like a credit app. filled out and submitted within 5 days.

As for desirability - it is really a combination of the difficulty of travel (remember Uber uses Pittsburgh as the testbed for their self-driving cars due to difficulty and abundance of "features").

I wouldn't recommend it for a rental home in my area - unless that was a common feature in the market I was renting in.In general, in my area, unless the house has a basement with a perimeter drain that drains to daylight or has a very low water table, it seems likely to me that the basement will "flood" at some point.

I use a Mobile app called Due to remind me of when to send all the communications to the guests such as their Welcome Packet, day before check-in reminder, day before check-out reminder, etc.Hope that helps!
