I'm  on auto pay, and the payment shows the amount of interest and "zero" for principal.

Let's say you can buy it for $75,000, then you figure what it will take to fix it up, amount to cover the time & costs of owning it (holding costs) and the costs to sell (real estate agent, closing costs).

Honestly not my favorite book but does go into a decent amount of finance/numbers of the deals if I remember correctly.I have to admit I haven't read it yet but its on my short list.

When wholesaling pre foreclosures do the end buyer pays off remaining loan balance and also default amount or just the remaining loan balance alone?

This rental amount was included in the valuation on the property as part of the rent rolls.
