It has a steady growth rate, median income is very solid for a city in FL, median age is 34, and not to mention a university (UCF) that enrolls about 70,000 students a year and one of the largest state colleges in the US, Valencia that enrolls another 68,000 students.

I know in NJ, once foster kids reach a certain age, instead of looking for housing they will try to help them transition to adulthood by giving them monthly stipends and having them live in a house with a govt employee who helps them  and teaches them.

Even if the house was free it might not be a deal.  3500 square feet in that age home is SO much surface area.
