Take your list in and have them run it through their "quote support system" QSP.  

"The steady improvement in [home] sales will support price appreciation...

But yesterday I was asking the same question as you are right now about where to advertise.

Things like fungus damage of the subfloor, support posts in the crawlspace in soil contact, hairline cracks, and (scariest to me) no foundation on a portion of the structure though majority is pier and block.  

A general rule of thumb to follow (and is good to advertise) is applicants must make and be able to prove 3 x monthly rent.

They may not be advertised, but if you ASK a lender, you can probably get whatever term you want. 

We have a Rolodex of "support services" that range from Title Companies that will do simultaneous closings, to contractors, to lenders, appraisers, and inspectors...

Some of the ways they advertise seems a bit gimmicky too, which I don’t like.For me its not worth the cost of membership right now, especially after finding out about all the local meetups organized by BP members.

I wouldn't do it in C class, but would all day long in class A if the market would support the ROI.
