I've always wanted to Own a little real estate empire because I like the tangible security of owning property, but I never thought it was possible till recently when I discovered BP, matt McKeever, and a bunch of different real estate  YouTube channels and podcasts that I've been binging.

So I have been listening to podcasts, watching countless YouTube videos, reading books, and going through the forums trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investing.

I buy the spray by the gallons and ( thanks to YouTube) became a self proclaimed expert on pests real quick lol  Look I’m not advocating you should just let the place fall apart I’m saying if they are filthy let them live in that environment and there’s no need to be adding niceties to the home updating it .

I have heard robert kiyosaki on youtube saying how it is possible to use good debt to raise capital.

In the meantime, here are some YouTube videos I found on this topic... 

I swear someone went to every single YouTube content creator and told them to buy a Tesla and do some videos on it to take the immediate deduction as a business expense. 

For one thing, I am focusing a lot on investor education (and already getting my feet wet), and the opportunities that can come with that stuff; there is definitely a scalable factor when it comes to that, via things like YouTube, course creation, etc.

Start spending your time reading articles books you tube videos about REI and any other questions you have.

@Easton Curtis I'd watch a lot of Dave Ramsey videos on YouTube.
