Melody,Your comment caught my attention, I'd like to buy tax liens and deeds but I don't know where to start I've seen a lot of infomercials on line and TV but I' prefer to learn from someone real are, you that person?  

I had a series of normal repairs/improvements on an unoccupied property that I was re-habbing (new roof, carpet, inside and outside paint, minor roof repairs, etc) that, of course, will be required to be classified under a General Plan of Improvement.That said, does EVERYTHING done to the property have to go under this plan?
