There is an email trail of people going back and forth sending over the documents, so perhaps an easy solution is to have the tenant also state in the email they agree to the "terms set forth" in the documents.

If you can afford a great onsite manager, particularly one who has experience turning parks around, they will make your life a LOT easier and will be well worth your money.As it relates to offsite management (3rd party management) we have found that this solution only works if you have a park that is already stabilized and running at or close to efficiency.

@Tristan WhiteIm not very good with direct mail, but if you send postcard which is only 35¢/card it'll  be 36% cheaper.Im sure there are better solutions out there.
