Earning a syndicator fee(s) can be extremely lucrative.

These situations are why many BP forum contributors caution against partnering with your SDIRA and use of checkbook LLC s.

I don't take the unit off the market until the tenant initiates the payment(s) but I also don't wait around for the perfect tenant.

What detail(s), if any, are you leaving out?

If so, what is the balance of the mortgage(s)?

At least once we get a rental up and kicking.We dont have any of these, but if you get into SFH's up over 2500 or so and it might be a different story, but in the $1,200-$1,500 range, Even  up into the mid $2,000's we havent had any problem with vacancy.Sf price can be $30K, and it can be $5M.
