To be clear, I didn't know where the issue landed on the continuum between some fine print clause that barely matters to the bank, and some big legal thing.

Funny part is as a small time owner (less than 5 units) I can give 15,900 per the city but they did not print it on the sheet I had to legally give so I was stuck with 20,450.

., I have heard and read this before, but was never told this nor read any fine print to that affect.

Over the years, I also owned a print shop, a screen print shop, several e-commerce sites, and a video production company.

You can advertise for credibility as licensed, finger printed, and bonded.

The only true non-existant capital is that capital which can be printed (government).

Once a month on Saturday, overtime was REQUIRED, so I had to take time away from my son, find a babysitter, and spend my Saturday mornings printing bills and reconciling health inurance bills.

The ones that weren't as impactful were usually the part-time professors that would print off copies of their resume during the break to take the interviews later in the week.  

Have you ever read through the assumptions and fine print associated with that is advertised?
