John Michael HELOC terms from my local credit union. Any feedback?

When you go for loans and have an outstanding balance on your HELOC, the loan company holds the minimum payment (e.g. the interest only payment) against you rather than principal + interest.

Read the table of principal uses and understand what uses are allowed in that particular zone, and what the requirements are for those uses (minimum lot size, setbacks, lot coverage ratios, frontage, etc.).

You are able to draw from those accounts, without penalty, once you reach the age of 59 1/2 (Although you can withdraw the principal from a Roth IRA at any time without penalty).
