I checked with an attorney and was advised that in Maryland the law is vague.

States laws usually state that you cannot enter unless you provide 24 hours notice. 

You can use a registered agent service for the llc, but the lisensing laws likely require a real physical address for the brokerage, a sign, and 3 dozen other things.
