Once you nail those down you can move to the other items such as operating agreements and exits etc.Nobody sues going in and the partner is always happy to place money and put it to work.When things go bad they will go to the ends of the earth to to recover every cent possible.If they want to carry debt matters as some lender will lend at a much lower LTV to foreigners unless an owner operator is a partner in the area where the investment is being purchased.Many different types of loans and structures available.

So the primary thing you need to focus on as a new investor looking at turnkey - before market, before budget - is nailing down exactly what you're looking for in a provider and which questions (and there should be plenty) you'll need to ask of the providers you consider.
