Definitely have an attorney review the language as I would say more than 1/2 of the ones I read literally read the PM can break the law and you would still be responsible to indemnify them. 3.

Congrats on the place in Denver - I can only imagine what a pain it's been waiting for the property to be built but I'm sure it will pay off (literally) once it's up and running as an STR!
