It never hits the P&L assuming the debt isn't cancelled.

Martin-ValenzuelaI can’t help with pinning this down for you but it’s a couple of people I follow on here that may be able to help and know the ins & out and the best areas to do this type of project and that’s @Mitch Messer @Vincent Crane@Nicholas L.

We've found all manner of discrepancies in P&L statements, rent rolls, and the subsequent NOI, but rather than managing for a number, can I recommend you concentrate on the value add you'll bring to the deal?
