I am trying to get my real estate license in Chicago and was hoping to get everyone's thoughts on which site/college/etc to use to get my education and take the test.  

You can't get rid of it through BK like other things.Honestly this is why I tell people that schooling doesn't make sense for everyone with college etc.

Hi Jason, I would lean toward the 121 Exclusion (Section 121 of the Internal Revenue Code) because it would lock the gains in tax-free (vs. tax-deferred through a 1031 Exchange). 

The place I do my day job is in the midst of hiring many young college graduates at good rates of pay and the condo is within 15 minutes.  

Best colleges, hospitals, universities coupled with historical sites and tech boom will yield continued rise in values.
