As to how the "breed" is determined, from my reading of insurance policy dog breed exclusions, the insurance industry considers a dog with any significant percentage mix of the "bully breeds" as a pit bull.

Tourism is a nearly long year industry in the area. 

I have a Bachelors of Science in Finance, limited work experience in real estate, and a Masters degree in an unrelated industry.

I'm a HVAC Technician in the commercial industry and have extensive experience with electrical and construction, I intend to fix up the house and refinance.

I always recommend people to invest in getting licensed not only because I started out doing that, but it will teach you so much about the real estate industry, and I think it will make you not only a better wholesaler, but a better real estate investor altogether whether you wholesale, fix and flip, etc.

At this point there was no way I was going to pull up linoleum and refinish floors so instead we purchased dark gray industrial carpet.

Therefore, my short-term goals are to network here in the Orlando area and soak up as much information on the industry as possible.I came across the BiggerPockets forums via the podcast, which was a suggestion from a fellow BP newbie (Samuel Muñiz).

I thought I would have some equity to pull but I am shocked that i cannot pull from that...I called a buddy of mine in the banking industry and he told me I could pull about 9-10k...Learn something new everyday.The location of the two single family homes is a 50/50 type area...There are some good parts and some bad parts...they are near the Uni of Memphis so that zip code seems to hold its value pretty well.  

After reading a lot about the REI industry I feel like this is this perfect fit for me.
