I have single family home rentals now and I am moving to multi-family as part of my business plan.Background:- Economy:  Major college.

I know post-college kids moving there to save money on rent to pay off debt.. a few that are in med school doing the same.

The research I have done on title searching has led me to 3 online courses of interest but I have also seen that if I want to work for a company I will need some college background in law.  

Now at 20 years old and graduating college in May I have been saving my money as much as possible and would like to say I am just about ready to buy my first property.
