Hey Ben,Are you working with a lender or are you planning to buy all cash? 

They know that they will take the hit if they do something objectionable.I have pulled cash from the deposit on occasion.

My regional bank offers a card with 1.67% cash back which is targeted towards folks without a ton of credit history.7.

Just trying to keep my eyes on the long term benefits/costs as well as the short term gain of cash flow etc.
