years) with her boyfriend and dog and just adores it- very interesting mix of hipster and old baltimore "hon" style. there are a ton of foreclosures in the area which I am looking at, but don't know about multi-families. there are several dog parks and "the Avenue" (36th) has lots of doggy friendly shops.

For legal purpose, title and mortgage needs to remain in the same name.So, unless you are going to pay off that mortgage with your lender, title needs to remain the same.I would not advise it….as by doing this, you are mixing personal and business owned property/assets.

You need to do some research or ask a broker to give you an idea of the comparable cap rates for gas stations or similar mixed use type of properties in the area.
