The housing market went crazy the house appreciated a ton and the rental market increased tremendously allowing us to cash flow a lot more after all expenses are paid.

So, perhaps you prefer to be more of a "buy and hold" investor.

My other thought was to build a duplex or triplex on the lot but I think that would be a little more expensive and not quite sure if it would cash flow.
