There is a system out there being sold stating that you can contact property owners who are delinquent before it goes up for the tax sale possibly buying the property for a token amount, assuming the taxes, recording the deed, & then turning around flipping it for a quick profit NEVER actually paying the taxes but rolling them into the price where it's still a bargain.Or buying the tax deed for pennies basically, recording the deed, then letting it go up for auction.

I told him that I didn't receive any notice (email, calls, or mail) from them and was getting upset because in the past year only 2 small incidents occurred at the property (grass/leaks) which Property Management called my cell and emailed me the issues, however now since the tenants were moving out they failed to contact me about this very important situation.

From what I know, we're supposed to pay interest since closing day (or at most 1 day before that) only.We've contacted the escrow service and they say take it up with the lender.
