As it says in the title, I am new to real estate.

Hello Bigger Pockets Community, I am fixing to start wholesaling in the DFW community and am looking to connect with more experience wholesalers to aid me in the beginning of my journey. 

We are starting to implement more VAs into our accounting and property management parts of the business.

This can result is a negative review.I mean even Airbnb, has 1-star rating and 3,145 reviews on Trustpilot.I appreciate the feedback and will work to be more modest in my initial reply but I think it's important to at least consider the statistics of it all.

In a time of rapid appreciation or a bull market this is where that 6 month piece can come in handy.

I find this vague.

I have listed my property on Zillow with rent of $2700 but I see that for 4 bedroom houses the section 8 gets closer to $4k from the government.

I'm also a new investor looking to manage long-term rentals....maybe a little hacking on a Saturday ... or hey, I could even dip my feet into some flips.

Like many people on BP, they want to make this a future investment property and want to see an ROI on that investment.
