One thing we’ve noticed—no two strategies are the same!

Hi All -I would still consider myself a bit of a rookie, but I have been investing now for about 3 years.I currently own an 11 unit RV Park in which I own all of the units and rent them out.I have successfully completed a BRRR in Alabama with $4K left in the deal, and I am in the process of completing my first two SFH Fix & Flips in Detroit, Michigan.I am looking to build out a potential buyers list, JV partners, and just network in general with like-minded people. 

Every day, it seems like more and more inquires, meetings being scheduled, showings requested. Exciting! Investors never stop! 

We want to get into MF (2-3units to start) doing BRRR... and rent out for Mid term rentals.We see a house that meets our buy box, and our investment goals are;- $300 gross profit cash flow per month- 30% equity + with forced appreciation after rehab- Refi (if rates come lower!)

I'm not looking in Winhall and I've given up on Wilmington because of the uncertainty about the rules and regs.
