@Michael PreterotiI have one more thing to say as you can tell that all my business Decisions are based on faith from God i’m not on Facebook Twitter or any other site only bigger pockets I’ve enjoyed listening and reading from a bunch of investors through the years but your true character is not how well you’re doing good times but how will you do when it is difficult I have never stopped in these times looking for opportunity to purchase deals I hope that the investors on the site look back in a few months and see their character and apply that to your future deals and try to become a better person and live less in fear

If there is any work done on the exterior of the house that applies to both sides of the house(the entire property, like paying someone to mow the lawn or for gardening , etc) you are able to expense/capitalize half of that.
