Hello fellow BPers,I was wondering if anyone has a really solid, good email template to send to real estate agents and brokers sourcing deals and starting a relationship.

Develop a relationship with a portfolio lender bank they may count the rental income so it offsets the debt. 

I want to help them as best I can to keep a good tenant/landlord relationship.

I am looking to house hack but want to start a relationship with a good bank that I can grow with.Thank you!

I would do the following:Improve credit score to get the best ratesBuild a strong relationship with your lender(s)Have a solid cash reserveIncrease all credit lines/limitsBut I don't think there's much he can do now, most of the above takes years to do. 

This is why relationships in real estate are so important.

.), and network to surround myself with people in the industry to build mutually beneficial business relationships.

This probably means as was previously pointed out just dipping into our Capex/reserves, but that is worth it to us as they have been fantastic tenants and its worth it to us to work with them for the long term relationship.
