This gives them piece of mind the kids won't blow all the money right away etc.Some foreign investors buy these for cash as where they are overseas the returns are 1 to 2%.So for a value add or yield driven investor it can be harder to wrap your mind around these purchases and they do not make sense for your strategy unless playing on a few years left of primary term at a high cap rate.
