@Artem Lopatchenko some banks do in fact require a business plan if you are attempting to receive a business line of credit or some kind of business related loan. if you can set up a flipbook with all the numbers that you need to show that would be my recommendation to you.

For your first one, you're going to want something relatively turnkey unless your background has been in construction or your are a glutton for punishment and want to jump right in and learn a lot of lessons all at once.
