Hey there, I'm a bit confused on how you are getting the refinance to be at 4% for a cash out refi.

The park is out state and my partner owns two other parks in the state.

Eventually, L&I cited both men and the companies they oversee for the same violations.

If during the quiet title process the original owner comes up with the $5k for the taxes then she can get it back and we’re out $35k.

Curious how they will differ that site and what changes they will have from the old LFI site. 

Insurers have become extremely conservative over the last year.

The plan is to: - Make regular payments on the seller-held mortgage for the agreed-upon term.- Pay off the balloon payment at the end of the term.- Immediately refinance the property with a traditional bank mortgage to pull out a significant portion of equity. 

We completed the updating of two of the units so far, and rented both.

The end result is the same.

The cash buyers are always looking at the numbers.
