Yes, meetings in Nov and Dec will be moved to different dates those months due to holidays- updates will be posted as it gets closer, but definitely check in a few weeks before.

Around here, winter time is bad to get new tenant. 

Those boxes that cause more winter fires especially on an extension cord cause outlets are all hidden . 

Winter is coming...B) Allow them to move out and withhold the deposit of $2000 and $300 pet deposit.

I had a few months of vacancy last fall/winter but as of today all 4 units are occupied at 650/unit. 

I'm hesitant to sign up for another mortgage, I know nothing about real estate in Sacramento (said family member has a few properties there and would be willing to help scout a property) and I'm worried that buying now (or even in the winter time) during a time where real estate prices are inflated would take even longer to build equity in the future.

If she doesn't agree  with raising the rent i'd give her 6 months to move out so I didn't have an empty Class C unit thru the winter.

Especially given the time of year and cool down of the market going into the holidays.

We seem to be just hitting the winter months and the appreciation from the summer is slowing down like the past 5 years.
