They are great ankle support, strong sole so standing on a latter for hours doesn't hurt, durable leather, comfortable, ok weight, slip resistant tread that is great for walking or roofs, thick sole so you don't get nails piercing, toe protection and under $90.

If you are worried about weight and want the insurance deduct, go with a metal roof. 1/3 the weight.

I might consider having the inspector write out an affidavit of the sequence of events and her attitude so if you do wind up in some sort of hearing that will probably carry a lot of weight.

I usually charge anywhere from 30 to 50 KW that takes 3 to 5 hours.. you have a timer in the car that says start charging at 10pm.. its done by 1 to 3 am.. total cost One to TWO dollars for full charge.. and then again with Free supercharging for life.. you can knock off about 20% of car ownership right off the bat.now of course modern new ICE cars don't take a lot of maint either but for a vehicle as heavy as the X and as fast as I drive it on the interstate IE 80 MPH limit through Idaho and Utah.. you would be lucky to get 10 mpg on same size and weight suv.

So at a mid year of my taxes with my accountant who strongly recommends off load the rental house (my former residence less than 5 years ago) by the of 2020 or get hit with 15% capital gains tax.
