Real Estate Monster (was perfect) but now he's Real Estate Beast (not too bad)  and his company was Infinity and now it's QHome Solutions, next week it will be a different name. 

I sent you a card last week and was hoping you would reply but I guess I failed.

Then we headed out of state for a week for spring break with out kids...Next thing we know a friend who was putting the finishing touches on the basement tells us that he can’t access the property and the door is “stuck”.

I will speak with my lawyer next week.

I have the cash to do the rehab now, I plan to contact the renter this week and work something out with him. 

I'm planning on attending the York meetup and attended one in Harrisburg a few weeks back.

The tenant claims it wasn't that long ago, but actually 2 weeks ago.

I cant get my husband to quit his job as of yet, to be able to flip houses thru week and not just on his 2 days off,so i know a serious large flip would take us longer than 3 months to finish!...

I think someone on here has a meet up scheduled for next week.
