If i don't show them the place, they will not close.They never extended the contract after it expired unless my agent forged my signature....Personally, i hope they do back out.Does their threat hold any water????

I dont know if Chicago has it yet but most mls or mlx systems are switching to a login system that you need a code from a little device that cycles every 30 seconds so even if you get the login and password from an agent you will still need to be on the phone with them every time you use it.

Also, it has only one furnace and hot water tank.

I called the hospital and they couldn't find any record, good or bad, in their system.

This state always had a pretty dismal K-12 education system (our state motto, "Thank God for Mississippi and Alabama") but we did have a pretty fine state university system.

Flat tax would only eliminate the incentives that are built into the tax system.

I'm a firm believer that if you dont put in to a system then you should by no means reap benefits from that same system.
