Is it possible that I can hire a Closing Agent to help me close Wholesale Deals in NJ/NYC Area or Virtually?

My market had over 20% appreciation in 2021 and was only ~5 best big city appreciation on most lists (Phoenix was better on virtually all lists, boise better on some lists). 

Rentals...well with interest rates being what they are finding a cash flowing rental right now is virtually impossible.

Also, join any Facebook or local real estate investment associations in the area (if they have virtual meetups and training). 

As crypto continues to grow I do think we will see crypto become more involved with real estate as transactions will be conducted more and more with crypto thanks to its almost instant settlement, as well as, the investment potential of virtual real estate within the meta verse. 

I need to find at least one title company in as many states as possible so I can virtually wholesale in multiple markets.

Then they would end up paying fair market value for the vacant lots and have to relocate those 5 occupants to habitable, alternative housing (at a cost of $50-$70,000 a piece) for property worth virtually nothing.
