I would love to hear how people are leveraging the power of virtual assistants in their RE businesses!

The rent cap was waaay too low for anything in a safe neighborhood; virtually nothing on craigslist where landlord accepted sec. 8 and no vacancies in apartment complexes catering to sec. 8.

I am currently building a series of training videos and documents, to teach virtual assistants how to do the job of reservations person.

Thinking of hiring a virtual assistant to help with recordkeeping of my husband's home building business and my rental property.
